Ingredients INGREDIENTS
marzipan:
- 300 g almonds,
- 150 g sugar,
- 1 / 2 tea glass of orange blossom water,
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon.

- 350 g butter,
- 6 eggs,
- 1 / 2 tea glass of orange flower water,

Preparation Recipe
1 - Prepare the almond paste with almonds blanched and ground sugar, orange flower water, cinnamon.
2 - Work flour and butter, knead well.
