  • Ingredients 250 g of fish meat 2 tablespoons white
  • tablespoons chopped onion
  • 20 g butter
  • 1 tablespoon

  • diced
  • 80 g white cabbage, cut into julienne

Preparation In a saucepan over low heat, sauté onion in butter and oil, until it becomes translucent, add the fish cut into cubes and fry over high heat for 3 minutes.
Reduce heat, gently remove the fish cubes and set aside.
Wet pot with water to a boil add the vegetables, bouquet of herbs and salt.
When vegetables are cooked, put the diced fish in the pot.
