LSân olives - Veal tongue with olives


Ingredients:
  • 1 beef tongue
  • 2 heads of garlic 1 C.
  • tablespoons tomato paste 2 tomatoes
  • ripe, peeled and grated 1 C.
  • Coffee Harissa
  • 1 cup of tea oil
  • 200 g pitted pitted boiled
  • 1 C. Coffee
  • cumin ½ C. coffee red pepper ½ C.
  • coffee black pepper Salt
Vinegar Preparation: Wash

In a pot, boil beef tongue with 2 C. tablespoons oil, salt, black pepper and 1 clove of garlic.
After cooking, drain it, remove the outer layer and cut into pieces.
Dersa Prepare: In a mortar, crush the crushed garlic, salt, black pepper and cumin.
In a pot, bring the Derse, grated tomatoes, tomato paste, harissa, red pepper and remaining oil, sauté and then add 2 cups of water and cook. Add
tongue cut out, let cook until sauce thickens.
Finally, add the pitted olives boiled 2 times (for desalination).
